How do I care for my items?
We love slow fashion and create long lasting pieces. We encourage you to take care of your pieces as long as possible in order to reduce future consumerism!
Swimwear
We recommend hand washing and laying swimwear flat to dry.
Do not put suits through your washer and dryer.
Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
Although chlorine is inevitable, try to avoid extensive use in chlorinated pools and hot tubs. Please rinse after!
Be mindful of sunscreen and tanning oil use near your pieces although our ECONYL® fabric is sun cream and oil resistant.
Garments
Although we use high quality materials, our garments need love and care for life! We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying items flat to dry. Please avoid the dryer!
Sizing?
Sizing information is in the details of each garment. If you are questioning what size is best for you, please let us help! Don’t hesitate to send us a DM on Instagram or an email at solanathelabel@gmail.com
What are our swimsuits made of?
Our sustainable swimwear is created from luxurious italian ECONYL® recycled fabric from fishing nets and other waste or REPREVE® created from recycled plastic bottles! Our (towel) swimwear is created using 100% cotton and recycled polyester lining.
Shipping Details?
We ship Internationally!
Shipping fees will vary depending on destination.
All orders take approximately 3-10 business days to be delivered. Your order is able to be tracked once it is processed for delivery.
We aim to work towards free shipping but as a small business and due to inflation of shipping costs we are unable to provide free shipping just yet. Thank you for understanding!
We do not accept PO Boxes as addresses.
For stocked items, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order and get your merchandise to you!
For preorder and made-to-order information will vary and be displayed in the description of the product. Some of our items are made-to-order in small batches to ensure no waste. For these items, please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be fulfilled plus shipping time.
International orders are subject to local taxes, customs, duties and fees depending on the country receiving the package. SŌLANA is not responsible for any fees or taxes.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on products if you choose to not pay the taxes/fees provided by the country our package is shipped to. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties that apply to your own country.
What's your return policy?
We believe if you loved our product online you will love it more in real life! Being a small, made-to-order business with limited quantities, returns will be at your own cost. We will give you a refund if the product is sent back in its original, unworn condition. For all Bali orders - if you are unsure your size of it the item is right for you, please send us an email to try anything on. For any return inquiries please email solanathelabel@gmail.com
